Once you book a trip with us, that booking is governed by our Booking Conditions https://wactravel.com/booking-conditions which set out deposits, payments, changes, cancellations, travel documents, and related policies.

If these terms and our Booking Conditions ever differ on a matter concerning a trip you have booked, the Booking Conditions apply.

Everything we publish about destinations, signature itineraries, hotels, experiences, and pricing is meant to inspire and inform. It is not a quote or an offer.

Our signature itineraries are starting points that we tailor to each traveler. Prices, availability, inclusions, and supplier details change, sometimes without notice. A price or itinerary becomes firm only when we send you a written proposal and you confirm your booking under our Booking Conditions.

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and current, but we can’t promise it is free of errors or omissions. Entry requirements, health guidance, and safety advisories also change, so please check official government sources before you travel. Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, or immigration advice.

Sending an inquiry, requesting a proposal, or submitting a form on the Site does not create a booking and does not obligate you or us. A trip is booked only when we have confirmed it in writing, you have accepted our Booking Conditions, and we have received your deposit.

The content on the Site, including text, itineraries, destination descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and design, along with the WAC Travel name, belongs to WAC Travel or is used with permission from its owners. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are welcome to view the Site, share links to it, and print or download a page for your own noncommercial use in planning a trip. Without our written permission, please don’t copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content, or systematically collect it from the Site for commercial purposes.

Proposals and itineraries we design for you are for your own use. Please don’t share them with other travel providers to be priced or reproduced.

Please use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another person’s account
• Introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with how the Site works
• Submit false or misleading information, or information about another person without their permission
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotions

When you send us an inquiry or other information through the Site, please make sure it is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including details about the people you are traveling with. Our Privacy Policy https://wactravel.com/privacy-policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

If you have a login for our online payment portal or other client tools like Vamoos, keep your credentials confidential and let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

We will publish a testimonial, photograph, or other content you send us only if already published publicly online, or with your permission.

The Site may link to websites and tools run by others, such as hotels, airlines, tour providers, payment processors, and travel apps. We don’t control these third parties and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Our Booking Conditions explain our role and responsibilities in arranging the travel services you book with us.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAC Travel and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Any liability relating to trips you have booked with us is governed by our Booking Conditions, which these terms do not change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York. Trips you book with us are governed by the law and dispute terms in our Booking Conditions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and by continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
